Online Foam Roller Core Control

Do you have a Foam Roller at home gathering dust? That’s a really amazing exercise prop you have laying around, let’s use it! Join us online and learn how you can use that Roller to work your core, hard! And massage and release tight tissues.
We’ll be spending an hour jazzing up regular Pilates exercises in this class. Testing your brains as you try to stay stable on your foam roller. Working your core, hips and shoulders hard in the process. This class does require a bit of basic Pilates knowledge but if you’re pretty fit and mobile you can
Not suitable for: Recent back injuries or if you’re suffering from acute joint pain.
Props Require: A full length foam roller, if you have a short roller then you’ll need some pillows for certain exercises.
What do you need: You will need a laptop, tablet or phone with decent webcam. A decent internet connection and space to comfortably move in. It’s best if you have a laptop or tablet so you can see us demonstrating exercises. We have a guide on how to prepare for online classes here
