Online Pilates Swiss Ball

Do you have a big swiss ball/gym ball at home? Maybe you use it to engage your core while working in your home office? 

Well there are loads of brilliant exercises with a Swiss Ball. We can keep you in constant motion for an hour, connecting with your Core and putting a big smile on your face. This class is open to everyone, it is a fun one just expect to be challenged and expect some wobbles!

The Swiss ball classes are all about movement, trying to flow from one position to another. Because of the unstable wobbly nature of this prop you will be connecting with your core ALOT, as you balance and stabilise. So it’s incredibly fun but you’ll be getting a powerful sneaky workout too.

Props Require: Swiss ball, well inflated. Preferable at a height where you can sit upright with your knees at hip height. Having a sofa or wall nearby for support will be great as well.

What do you need: You will need a laptop, tablet or phone with decent webcam. A decent internet connection and space to comfortably move in. It’s best if you have a laptop or tablet so you can see us demonstrating exercises. We have a guide on how to prepare for online classes here
