Introduction to Online Pilates

You can learn how to exercise effectively and improve your physical health from anywhere in the world. Pilates can help everyone with backpain, stiff joints and bad posture. It’s also great for maintain normal fitness and healthy movement too. Better yet, you can learn from us anywhere in the world now using zoom. Even better still, you can get live feedback from expert teachers with Northants Pilates; you won’t just be copying someone’s movements on a screen.

If you want to start a home fitness routine, then join our introduction course so you can learn the fundamentals of mat Pilates then and join our regular classes. Starting exercise from scratch can be a little daunting or confusing, particularly if you are at home without someone to correct you.

But at Northants Pilates, we keep our online classes small so we can provide you with actual personal feedback. We will make sure you’re exercising more effectively and that you understand what you are trying to achieve with each exercise.

That way you can see improvements to the health of your spine, posture, your core and general fitness. All from the comfort of your own home.

What do you need: You will need a laptop, tablet or phone with decent webcam. A decent internet connection and space to comfortably move in. It’s best if you have a laptop or tablet so you can see us demonstrating exercises. We have a guide on how to prepare for online classes here
