New to Pilates? Or you've just never done Reformer Pilates? The Pilates Reformer is a unique resistance training machine. That means you can tone muscle and build strength but you still have our exercise precise to help you improve your coordination, core control and much much more.

It’s an amazing bit of kit. Some of you may find it daunting at first but you want the results it offers. Using springs, sliding carriage and straps you will be taught by Northants Pilates founder Karen Grinter who has been teaching on this amazing machine for over 23 years.

Our Reformer Introduction will give you a great workout but we'll also tour the machine and practice the essentials, so you can exercise with confidence. Attend this intro and strong, long and lean muscles will be in your future!
