Our Rushden classes are run by Karen Grinter who created Northants Pilates. Karen qualified on the UK’s first formal Pilates teacher training course and has tallied up hundreds of hours of extra training and specialist knowledge. She will personally help you choose and book a class so it’s really easy to get started but, bare in mind that her classes are popular so there aren’t always spaces.

We always run a bit of a Pilates pick ‘n’ mix over the summer at all our venues Everyone is free to dip in to our classes and see what they like, what feels good. If you love our classes and want to stick around we can help you set up a membership ready to join a regular class after the holidays.

Can’t see anymore Rushden classes?
We have other summer classes Online and in Northampton. You can always start elsewhere and move to Rushden later on.
We also offer private introduction, if you want a more tailor approach or can’t make our other classes.
£45 - £55 per hour
HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?
During normal term time our Face to face classes start at £12 each with our monthly memberships. You also have the flexibility to swop out of classes in advanced and rebook at any of our other venues so you never need to miss a workouts. Learn more about our memberships here.
WHEN ARE CLASSES?
Classes run on Monday and Thursday evening and Tuesday morning. We are open 39 weeks a year, mirroring the Northamptonshire school term times. Find all our dates and times here
